Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  


Please email us at sentbyafriend.com@gmail to be eligible for a credit.  Once your request is received, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   

A 35% handling fee may be charged if emails have been sent or if we’ve uploaded your message into the satellite system.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
